Regulation 31(4) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011:
This disclosure is made by the promoter or persons acting in concert with the promoter, in respect of encumbrance of shares held by them, including creation, invocation or release of encumbrance, within seven working days from the date of such encumbrance. The disclosure includes details of shares encumbered, the nature of encumbrance, and the name of the person in whose favour the encumbrance is created.
