Reliable Venture India Ltd.- One of the companies belonging to the Reliable Group of Companies- was incorporated as Pvt Ltd. Company on 1 st Sept 1992 and its initial directors were Mr. Safiullah Khan and Mr. Sikandar Hafiz Khan. (Mr. Sikandar Hafiz Khan was its Chairman & Mg. Director) in the name and style of Lakeland Hotels Pvt Ltd. when Mr. Sikandar Hafiz was its Chairman & Mg. Director. The Company was converted to Public Ltd Company in the name and Style of Lakeland Hotels Ltd. on 11 th day of January, 1996. However, despite these changes there has been no change at all in its business aspects which remained at all the time same i.e. hotel & hospitality business. Since then, Mr. Sikandar Hafiz continued as is Chairman and Mg. Director
